Mumbai Science is the Belgian electronic music duo comprised of Jonas Kiesekoms and Maarten Elen. Since their official debut in 2010, they've been pushing the boundaries of techno and electro with their innovative and dynamic sound. Drawing inspiration from their travels and quest for heightened awareness, Mumbai Science's music is a fusion of meditational energy and hypnotic rhythms.

Their ability to blend imagination and musical knowledge has earned them support from key players in the industry, including Solomun, Soulwax, Camelphat, Laurent Garnier, Boys Noize, Tiga, Erol Alkan, and Annie Mac. Mumbai Science’s debut album, "Déjà Vu," was highly acclaimed and featured collaborations with some of the finest talents of our generation, including DJ Spank-Spank from the legendary acid house formation PHuture, cult superstar Peaches, and Iggor Cavalera from Mixhell.

Mumbai Science solidified their position in the electronic music scene with subsequent releases like "Frequency Response," "Black Hole," "Hidden Sound," and "Jasmine." Amid the pandemic, they ventured into experimentation with a series of tracks known as the Delta Trials. This collection delves into various experimental sounds and styles, showcasing the duo's remarkable versatility as producers.

Now, in 2023, they're making a triumphant return with a new EP titled "Iris." This EP features three tracks that seamlessly blend techno and electro, staying true to their distinctive style. Released on Diynamic, it marks the first collaboration between Mumbai Science and Solomun's imprint. The "Iris EP" takes listeners on a journey through dreamy arpeggios, pulsating beats, and ethereal soundscapes.

In addition to their studio work, Mumbai Science is known for their electrifying DJ sets. They've toured globally, visiting all the best clubs and festivals of this world, from Uhsuaïa Ibiza to Womb in Tokyo, Tomorrowland, EDC, I Love Techno, and more.
